In Your Easter Bonnet ...

... With all the frills upon it
You'll be the grandest lady in the Easter parade

I'll be all in clover and when they look you over
I'll be the proudest fellow in the Easter parade

To the Park we'll go
Round Rotten Row

The photographers will snap us
And then you'll be seen
In the smart magazine

Oh, I could write a sonnet about your Easter bonnet
And of the girl I'm taking to the Easter parade !!
Well. Cowgirl and I both enjoyed making making her first Easter Bonnet! We decided what we wanted to put on it, and then gathered lots of different arts, crafts and deocrations that we had laying around the house - which is a fairly easy thing to do when you're as much into art and creating as I am!
She was a bit shy participating in the Easter Bonnet parade after church yesterday, but she took part and the foundation has been set for a lovely annual tradition. It was a wonderful experience, and I am looking forward to Cowgirl's enthusiasm in future years when she decides that she wants to decorate her own bonnet herself!
Blessings,
E xxx
